Three Maine outdoor enthusiasts are preparing to embark on a rare midwinter traverse of the 100-Mile Wilderness, one of the most challenging sections of the Appalachian Trail.
Led by Ryan Wilford, Adam Schoff and Evan Spencer, the expedition is both a grueling test of endurance and a fundraising mission, aiming to raise at least $10,000 for underprivileged youth through United Way of the Tri-Valley Area’s Hope Fund. Read more about the upcoming expedition here.
