THIS WEEK IN THE MIDCOAST: Just when you think the week will start to slow down, a rabid raccoon breaks into a woman's house and bites her leg. That's just the way of things. It was another busy week on the Midcoast, with moving and shaking in the business community, calls for more work at BIW, and a hefty share of ice rescues (by the way, it's time to stay ashore).

This was the first week at work for our new reporter Jason Claffey, and he's hit the ground running, bringing you news from Brunswick and Bath. We hope you'll continue to follow the stories he and Maria Skillings work so hard to bring to your screens and kitchen tables.
